Join Our Team as a Teller/Member Service Representative!
Credit Union on the lookout for a dynamic and service-oriented Teller/Member Service Representative to provide our members with friendly, accurate, and efficient service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact on people’s financial journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate between the teller line, reception, and member service desks, ensuring smooth service and support across all member touchpoints.
- Deliver exceptional service to members by assisting with transactions, handling inquiries, and providing solutions with accuracy and professionalism.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM. No weekends!
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of teller experience; knowledge of New Accounts/Member Services is a plus.
- Strong commitment to customer service and an upbeat, “can-do” attitude.

- Pay: $17-$19 per hour
