General Application Instructions

  • The recruiters at Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. may ask that you follow-up your resume with the online application form found below. The process to submit an application includes five steps. We suggest that you review the application and gather the information requested prior to starting the application process. Once the application is submitted, specific changes to individual questions can only be made by the recruiter.


Step 1 of 5: Credit Authorization

  • Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. (FSR), as a part of the procedure for processing your employment application, may obtain a consumer credit report containing financial and other information about me from a credit reporting agency.

    FSR will not obtain as such a report without your authorization.

    FSR complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which provides consumers with rights regarding consumer reports, and which places specific obligations on employers using credit reports.

  • I understand that no employment offer is being made at this time. I certify that the information in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation or omission of any fact in my application, resume or any other material, or during interviews is grounds for disqualification from further consideration for employment or for termination if employed.

    I authorize FSR to contact any company institution or individual it deems appropriate to investigate my employment history, character, qualifications, credit history, criminal background, and other relevant information, if job-related. I give my full consent for all contracted persons including former employers to provide the information concerning this application, and I waive the right to bring any cause of action against these individuals for any and all liability for damages arising from furnishing the requested information to the company.

    I authorize FSR to obtain a consumer credit report containing financial and other information about me from a consumer reporting agency as a part of the company’s investigation into my application for employment. I also release parties involved in this process from liability connected with my consumer credit report.

    A company paid drug test may be required. I understand that any offer of employment may be withdrawn if I test positive for drugs and/or if condition is discovered for which not reasonable accommodation can be made.

    I understand that if I am hired, my employment at the company is “at-will” and may be terminated by myself or by the company at any time for any reason, with or without cause or notice. I understand that no representation of the company has the authority to make any assurances to the contrary.
